If the web UI is showing applicable errata on the Foreman server itself, that means you’ve registered the Foreman server to itself. This is generally not recommended.
If this is the case, I’d recommend running subscription-manager unregister on Foreman server. The system that runs Foreman should be treated as an appliance, and updates to the system packages will occur at the same time as updating Foreman.
