Windows Operating System cannot define templates

Problem:
When I go to Hosts → Operating Systems and select a Windows OS, if I go to the Templates page, I cannot select finish script, iPXE template, etc. I only have like 4 options. If I try to create a new Windows OS, even worse I can only select a “Host Initial configuration template” and nothing else.

Expected outcome:
I should be able to set multiple templates for Windows OS

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 3.1.3

Distribution and version:
CentOS 7.9

Never mind issue is solved, I need to go to the template in question, assign the OS under the Assocation tab, and then it becomes an option I can select
