Unfortunately none of us could make it to the last meeting, but I have a topic for the next one as I was asked about the automating for the Ubuntu Autoinstall media and when researching it I found the original PR being closed without merge, so I hope this could be reopened or driven forward in another way.

Hello Foreman team,

Is there any plan to hold Provisioning Interest Group meetup at Sep. 2025? I would like to share few of topics I think it’s important and want to contribute to Foreman at next meetup.
I wish to have any feedback against these topics from community member.

And are there any recording of past meetup? I wonder how this meetup is held and how people take discussion at meeting.
Just add topic to agenda, then show idea at meetup with sharing display/slide?

Meetings are not recorded, but discussions were summarized the last times.

In the meeting I attended we started with a short summary of last meeting, explaining the agenda and asking if there are additional topics, then we discussed all the topics trying to stay in the planned one hour time frame.

Everyone can join, but meeting is moderated by Leos, so very likely he needs to give permission to share display, but this was done several times in the meeting.

Yes, the meeting is monthly, on the first Wednesday of the month.

We don’t recording it. I’m moderating the meetup, and it’s in the style “come in and talk with us”.
