We’ve upgraded from 3.11 to 3.16.

OpenVox 8

Following the move from Perforce to make Puppet closed source software, Foreman’s infra is now running on OpenVox 8:

While working on that, the linting was also tightened.

Most modules had been updated by now, only our own theforeman/motd module needed updates.
