New repos request: foreman_host_reports

Hello,

I request creation of two new repos under theforeman organization. I finally have some code ready to be published for this feature:

I plan to deliver this as foreman and foreman-proxy plugins, so users can test this out without effecting the old reporting capabilities.

New repositories:

  • foreman_host_reports
  • smart_proxy_host_reports
