Proposal to add Odilon to the packaging team

Ohai,

I’d like to propose adding @Odilhao to the theforeman/packaging team on GitHub, giving him write access to foreman-packaging and pulpcore-packaging.

Since starting with us, Odilon has opened 9 PRs that were merged (8 in foreman-packaging, 1 in pulpcore-packaging) and reviewed 9 (5 in foreman-packaging and 4 in pulpcore-packaging).
