While packaging Foreman 3.5.0 @ezr-ondrej found a critical issue:

Bug #35871: Statistics migrations are purged even if foreman_statistics is...

It should only impact users of foreman_statistics, but given the potential data loss I’m holding off on releasing. I’ve merged packaging, but won’t run the pipeline so users don’t get the impression it may be available.

Once Fixes #35871 - purge trends only when statistics not installed by ezr-ondrej · Pull Request #9559 · theforeman/foreman · GitHub (or an alternative fix) is merged, I’ll proceed with 3.5.1.
